In today’s world, every individual especially students are suffering from procrastination, laziness, lack of motivation towards studies. According to estimates about 80-95 college students procrastinate and most of them specifically procrastinate in their respective course assignments. The data itself depicts that every next student is suffering from procrastination which is an absolute obstacle in their way to attain success. Are you also going through the same? Taking healthy diet and doing meditation and following certain exercises and habits for improving focus such- i. doing breathing exercise in a straight sitting posture. ii. Playing mind exercise games for better functioning of the brain. iii. Performing yoga asanas daily in the morning. iv. Have cold showers to relax and ease the tension. v. Start reading books. By following all of the above suggestions with the desire to change, can sure help you from being a less productive to an active and keen learner who completes their work timely and diligently.
